well exercising is still good. taking care of everything else not so good, but improving.

I've been reading Sugar Blues, it's awesome. It makes me realize that corporate brainwash existed long before the industrial revolution.

On the homefront we're just about to cook up some awesome goodess massive friend style, I'm stoked.
