other goals
ok, gym and diet are beginning to form well, I don't even feel a need to post that I'm doing them on here.
Other parts need work though! I can't sit here and tell you the everyday tasks I need to get done. But I'll set the goal of taking care of five of them and then tomorrow I'll log on and tell you how I did. And I must admit that pieces of my life are messy enough and really do need to get straightened before I plunge completely into my ever upward spiral. That's why no inward thought is sitting on here yet.
What's going on in the enlightening side? No refined sugar!! Read "Sugar Blues" by William Duffy. You really don't have a fighting chance at health if you don't cut that stuff out.
Oh and just for the record we read it's good to go fourteen days without alcohol and caffeine after the holidays. I already don't drink caffiene but the alcohol is also not going to be happening.

Kia Ora (hello) & Happy New Year from a blogger down under in New Zealand. No refined sugar ??? It's good for you - it keeps me skinny. I walk a lot as well so maybe that helps.
