Goleta

Goleta is amazing, I had hundreds of things to say about it over this past week. But I will leave it with this thought. As we sit here on the edge of our chair waiting to see how far the real estate market will dip, I began to wonder how much of a price correction is really going to occur. I mean Goleta is beautiful, and now I believe a tract home really is worth a million dollars.
