I've got a quote fan! This is so cool! The " needs to be moved to the end of the quote though. Silly myspace does it injustice. =P
I came up with that quote when I was lifting weights one day and thought... You know... Why even do things if you're not going to be serious? There are far too many people who tout their heroes but they don't even challenge themselves. They become convinced that their lifestyle is hampering their own achievements. If it is then change it! Do as your heroes.
